Deposit Policy
If you have re-booked for next year, your deposit of $100 is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.
If you are placing a new reservation, your deposit of $100 is due 14 days after that reservation is placed.
Reservations will be cancelled in the event that the above provisions are not honored .

Cancellation
90 days notice is required for a refund of your deposit, less a $10.00 handling fee. If cancellation is made
with less than 90 days notice, all effort will be made to rent the cabin and refund your deposit less the
$10.00 handling fee. If the cabin is not rented, your full deposit will be forfeited unless other
arrangements are made at the discretion of management.

Pet Policy
* pets are allowed for an additional charge: $50.00 per week or $7.50 per day, which ever is less
* All pets must have current vaccinations
* Please keep your pets leashed, Please realize that some of our guest may not like dogs, or may
be afraid of them, so please be respectful of them.
* If your dog barks while you are away, you will be asked to take it along with you when you leave
the premises.
* You will be held responsible for any damage done by your pet.
